For anyone who may be unsure about cooking quinoa, you should give it a 
try!  It is one of the healthiest foods and has tons of health benefits.  Plus it is extremely easy and versatile to
 cook with!  If you haven't tried it, it basically has a texture similar to couscous or a light rice, but 
it is actually in the spinach family!  Great way to sneak in something 
healthy to unsuspecting family members!!
Easy Cheesy Quinoa
Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked quinoa
 
- 5 green onions, chopped
 
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
 
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
 
Directions  
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
 
- Add remaining ingredients and stir.
